The PWP provides graduate and undergraduate students, faculty, and staff with opportunities to learn about and engage with system-impacted creative writers. These opportunities contribute to the University of Iowa’s community engagement goals, reaching communities across the state of Iowa and beyond. This PWP also has become an important part of the University of Iowa’s literary programming, expanding and advancing the Writing University’s goals, impact, and community.
